Main Blog Page | May 30, 2011 Back On The Road After spending six weeks in the south of France sightseeing, writing new songs and playing a few shows, we departed (sadly) to get back on the road again. Sunday morning we caught an incredibly early train to Paris. I played a really great house concert on Sunday night. It was very intimate, only about a dozen people, but they were incredibly attentive and supportive and it was a ton of fun. See video from the Paris show here. We’re hopping another train from Paris to Amsterdam tonight to play a slew of shows throughout The Netherlands in June, which should be really exciting. Get yourself ready for (finally) some new photos and videos from a new country! I’m so ready to record the new songs that I’ve written for the next album, it should be a really great set of songs that I think you all will enjoy. We’re still working out some shows for July, so I’m not quite sure where we’ll be yet, but as soon as I know, I will let you all know! In August we head back to Berlin where I’ll record the album; hopefully in just two weeks. Then I’ll send everything off to the manufacturers to get the discs duplicated and have it for sale in September. Keep your eyes peeled in July because that’s when pre-sale for the next album will begin! It will include great extras such as: a “making of” DVD, posters, outtake tracks, and more.
